THE EFFICIENCY OF TRANSPORTATION AS AN OBJECTIVE OF THE ACTION OF THE PUBLIC AUTHORITIES: LIBERALISATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

In the spring of 2015, specifically, on 12, 13 and 14 May, the sixth edition of the International Transport Congress took place in an idyllic setting next to the beach in Benicàssim (Hotel el Palasiet). The motto chosen for the occasion was: “The efficiency of transportation as an objective of the action of the public authorities: liberalisation and responsibility”. The Congress was led by professors Alberto Emparanza Sobejano (professor of Commercial Law at the University of the Basque Country), Mª Victoria Petit Lavall (professor of Commercial Law at the Universitat Jaume I) and Andrés Recalde Castells (professor of Commercial Law at the Autonomous University of Madrid). The scientific committee was led by Professor Leopoldo Tullio (professor of Navigation Law at Sapienza, Università di Roma).
