The Master’s Degree in Transport Law is a UJI-specific degree programme that is the continuation of the former Master’s Degree in Transport Law and Management; between the two, sixteen editions of the course have been completed. The master’s degree has attracted a good number of students in recent years and this is evidence of the supports the opportunity to continue offering a postgraduate course of these characteristics.
It is an online course that aims to offer a complete vision of the sector at the level of private contract law, as well as public law and organisation, competition and liberalisation, economic analysis of the sector, transport economics and commercial strategies.
