THE NEW ORGANISATION OF THE TRANSPORTATION MARKET
On 24, 25 and 26 October 2012, the fifth edition of the International Transport Congress took place. Under the slogan “The new management of the transport market”, the event once again welcomed prominent Spanish and international specialists in the field. The congress was led by professors Mª Victoria Petit Lavall and Fernando Martínez Sanz (both professors of Commercial Law at the Universitat Jaume I) and Andrés Recalde Castells (professor of Commercial Law at the Autonomous University of Madrid). The scientific committee was led by Professor Leopoldo Tullio (professor of Navigation Law at Sapienza, Università di Roma). Altogether, including speakers, communicators and attendees in general, more than a hundred people registered as participants in the congress.
