Under the slogan &#8220;The new management of the transport market&#8221;, the event once again welcomed prominent Spanish and international specialists in the field. The congress was led by professors M\u00aa Victoria Petit Lavall and Fernando Mart\u00ednez Sanz (both professors of Commercial Law at the Universitat Jaume I) and Andr\u00e9s Recalde Castells (professor of Commercial Law at the Autonomous University of Madrid). The scientific committee was led by Professor Leopoldo Tullio (professor of Navigation Law at Sapienza, Universit\u00e0 di Roma).
